Do you board cats separately from dogs?

Yes — cats stay in a completely separate cat-only wing, away from all dog areas, for a stress-free stay.

Is there a discount for long stays?

10% off for 7+ nights; 15% off for 14+ nights. Holiday rates apply Dec 20–Jan 3 and major holidays.

Will I get updates about my pet?

Every day — we send a photo or short video update so you can see your pet is happy and healthy.
